Pompey fans will be able to buy tickets at the Keepmoat Stadium on Thursday evening.
Paul Cook’s side visit the League Two table-toppers for a clash that will be televised live on Sky Sports (7.45pm kick-off).
Blues fans have already snapped up more than 500 seats and they will remain on sale from the Frogmore Road ticket office until 5pm today.
But supporters can also buy tickets on the night from Club Doncaster Academy, which is located next to the away end of the ground.
Seats are priced £20 for adults, £16 for seniors (60+), £12 for young persons (17-20), £8 for juniors (12-16) and £5 for children (under 11).
Supporters buying concession tickets are advised to bring proof of age identification with them to the game.
